About Me

Craig B.
i'm a guy in my mid forties, long time interest in physical culture, working on a new approach to try and finish repairing some problems. I've spent (not enough!) time with good teachers: On the Strength side: Chip Conrad and the crew at Bodytribe, Dan John, Dave Werner & Scott Takenaga at Level 4 Crossfit Seatle, Valery Federenko, Jeff Martone of Tactical Athlete, Mark Rippetoe. In the early, ancient times: Connor, Paul Wade. For movement and hands on repair work: Laura Yon Brooks, Dr. Stephen Chan Thank you all for help along the way!
