Interesting times. Not very summer like. Flagstaff is on fire.

I'm in one of those doldrummy places, post travels. Haven't got it together to get back to kickboxing, have a bunch of things I should be doing that I am not doing, and I know enough to know that this part won't last!

Spent the weekend watching movies, reading, playing the Guild for the first time in a year. It's back into the rotation- forgot how good a big-ass guitar can sound. I've got half an itch to write some songs, but they are all really silly- a song to Dolly Freed, a Neil Young-ish number about killing a cow (or not), nothing much creative going on. Kelly Joe Phelps & Corinne West tomorrow night, after the dentist. So Tuesday's looking good.
